"A lovely greeting from Carly on arrival with the offer of complimentary refreshments and nibbles which was very nice. Parking was excellent as we were able to make use of the garage throughout our stay. Very comfortable room and bathroom with excellent shower and bath (albeit we didnt use the bath). "This hotel is located in a center of the Cape Town and easy driving access to any of the tourist attraction. Lobby receptionist was very nice and polite and professional even it said she was still in training. It was a large room and very comfortable. View of the Table Mountains from the room window was also great. Staff at the breakfast restaurant was all great, very friendly to our 2 and half year old daughter. We would like to visit this hotel again."

"Excellent stay! We initially booked an airstream, which turned out to be quite cramped and the hot water didn’t work. There was also a rooftop party going on, so we called and requested to move to a proper room. The front desk staff accommodated us immediately, which was wonderful. The room was beautiful and quiet, and we got an amazing night’s sleep. Great service!"

"Good place to stay for a longer term rental. Excellent location with lots of food choices nearby. Property has some maintenance / cleanliness issues but if you aren't super picky you will be happy. Staff is very friendly and easy to work with."

"This is a very fine hotel in the best traditions. The hotel is located in the Central business district in Cape Town. This is very handy if you are visiting the city Centre. It is also conveniently located just across the way from the Co) gardens which are lovely to walk in and also have a nice café. The service in the hotel is excellent.
