"Desk staff, concierge, and kitchen staff were outstanding. Our room was only cleaned once during the week, we asked politrly and it was still not done. Breakfast is outstanding, lots of options, clean and well supplied. Staff at breakfast were so helpful and friendly, DC restaurants are expensive and this hotel makes family trips much more reasonable with a large breakfast every day. Su way 2 blocks away was an easy walk."

"Staff was top notch. From the doormen/bellhops to maids & everyone in between. Hotel was decorated nice inside for Halloween. I just found that the parking was pricey ($60 per day) considering directing across the street it only cost $13 per day. "
