"Amazing experience "

"Really enjoyed our stay in Cardiff - hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms don’t have usb charging points for phones - I didn’t think to bring a charging plug as most hotels don’t need them nowadays - and I really don’t want to be going back and for to reception to charge my phone. It just makes the hotel seem a little dated - apart from that the hotel was nice and clean."

"This was a great location for exploring the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the room would benefit from having a proper deep clean and an update refurb as it's a bit dated. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was very good. "

"Wonderful stay at the Hotel. Room was superior to many & very clean. Staff were professional & very hflpful. Only disappointment was the layout if tables for our event. Tables were far too close together which made it very difficult. Couldnt enjoy the meal due to being squashed in. There was socmuch space at the back of the room, so i dont understand why room was set up like that. Waiting staff dealt with this extremely well - must have been difficult gor them. "This is a gem of a hotel in the middle of Cardiff. You can not ask for a better location. Minutes from the train station and surrounded by all the restaurants, shops and sights you want. The hotel is old, but not run down. It has personality and charm. Everything works and it's very clean. The owners are the friendlies people you can imagine and you feel instantly welcome. I can't wait to visit again."
