"Nice hotel , pleasant staff, overall good value however the bed in my room was very hard and lumpy I had to put a extra blanket on top of the mattress to get comfortable which helped but should not have been necessary."

"We had a problem with your booking system we styated that we needed a downfloor room as there was no lift and i was unable to walk upstairs.When we arrived he said we were booked in for an upstairs room.I found this very stressful as i had phoned up before hand to check that we were downstairs. However the very helpful gentleman on reception sorted it out and we were able to stay."

"Stayed here a few times now. Great hotel with modern spacious rooms. Bar menu is limited and food is quite expensive but of very good quality. There isn't much around the hotel either, not without a short drive at least."

"We had a lovely 2 night stay at the property. The room was spacious and , bathroom clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and both were very good. The staff were amazing, extremely helpful and Gary the Reception Supervisor was 5 star in service. I broke my ankle earlier on the day we arrived and he did everything possible to make me comfortable during our stay. Well deserved recognition for service excellence."

"Easy parkingm convenient for electric car drivers. A few ports available and easy application to set up charging. Room was clean and tidy and provided all the amenities you could need for a short break. Bed and pillows were very ocmfortable. Would highly recommend as staff were fantastic!"

"Hotel is a bit tired, room wasn’t great. Booked a king but was put in a room with 2 singles together which wasn’t great. Tv didn’t work and toilet wasn’t the most reliable. Put in a room 107 where the view was shocking bad facing a roof and wall. Spa is good and staff were really friendly. Probably wouldn’t stay again and would look elsewhere "
