"This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"

"Hotel is known for its spa, which we didn’t use, but its close proximity to the Villa d’Este in Tivoli and the regional train to Rome is a huge plus. Great breakfast, very inexpensive underground parking, and great staff make this hotel a very nice place to stay. Inexpensive alternative to Rome hotels but still very convenient. "

"Nice large room. Location was a little away from the town centre and about 1/2 km walk to get to it. Restaurant attached to the hotel was awesome and we enjoyed a magnificent steak cooked to perfection. Worth going there just for a steak dinner."

"This was a fabulous stay. Fillipo gave great insights to incredible restaurants and local sites. He went with us to buy bus tickets and walked us to the proper bus stop! Lodging was large and very comfortable. Gorgeous building. Cannot recommend highly enough. "Nice hotel and good service. I did not realize I didn’t pick breakfast with our reservation and didn’t get told at checkin. The app does have a note that the cost is 10 euro per person, but I was charged 15. Suggest you verify at checkin. Also, no lift in the area we stayed - might be in others."

"Location, service and breakfast are awesome, especially the two guys at breakfast who make individual coffees. Rooms are a bit dated ( think college dorms) but very clean. Front desk people are friendly and helpful."
