"Lovely Hotel with friendly staff. Could do with a few more finer touches to improve overall standard such as tea/coffee facilities for room and towels for pool. Staff were very helpful and the shuttle service was a must! Few areas of Spa not fully functioning by overall very relaxing experience. "

"Our stay here was perfect. The room was great, location excellent and the beach was the best. The views! We were blown away by how lovely and helpful the staff are. The breakfast team are hilarious, sassy and wonderful. The front desk team are next level beyond. Our ferry got cancelled due to bad weather and the front of house team worked super hard to get us and bunch of other guests on a bigger ferry back to the mainland so we wouldn't miss our connecting flights. They made a miracle happen...

"Very much enjoyed our stay here. Clean rooms with air conditioning, nice to have them open straight out onto a private terrace and to be able to go straight to the many thermal pools. Great to have our own reserved sunbeds by the pool, and to be able to swim and snorkel on the private beach. Almost all the staff were polite and friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. We did experience an issue with some staff at the ocean side restaurant being quite rude one night with was...

"Terrible service , especially by restaurant manager Dzhuzeppe. He tried to overcharge us for dinner and guests did not like him because of his hospitality style. Not friendly, no coffee maker in the room, terrible breakfast, same menu daily. Terrible plastic cups, the cheapest possible plastic."
