"Loved opening the curtains in the morning to see a cruise ship outside. The location is very good with trips to the islands practically on the doorstep. Also the new metro entrance at the front takes away the stress of trying to cross a very busy road! This was not our first stay there and I hope to return again soon."

"Positives: nice staff, working shower, shuttle to train station. Negatives: if you’d like to stay in a big shed this is the one to book for you, if not I would advise you avoid. We knew it was going to be basic but the rooms lack everything - no hand soap, no kettle, no clean bedding. The aircon didn’t work until we requested it to be put on. The park is also incredibly noisy, firework displays at midnight, constant music, and shouting. We were unfortunate enough to stay there after a flight...

"The room was spacious and comfortable, shower was great. It was a little noisy from inside the room, we could hear the other rooms bathroom (shower, toilet noise) and the reception phone ringing. The service from the staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but often ran out of some things and not much hot selection. Overall we enjoyed the hotel, comfortable room, great pool area and helpful staff 😄"

But the staff was very helpful in checking us in and out on the phone and giving us all instructions how to find our room. Only one thing to improve was the sink was not draining . "Good hotel as a base to travel to Naples and the Amalfi coast with Pompei on your doorstep. The hotel is located in a quiet area set back from the main road with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Parking was always available in the hotel car park. Lovely pool and gardens although the sunbeds can definitely do with being replaced as most of the legs were rusty, broken or both. Wi-fi does not reach the bedrooms. There is not a huge choice of places to eat within walking distance...
