She made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as good as it could be. On our checkout, she waited in the rain with us to make sure we got the taxi safely and gave us umbrellas. I would definitely recommend this property and be back myself for sure. "

"The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."
