"I booked this hotel due to its location which is so near to the office of my client. The hotel is a little bit hard to find but staff is friendly to guide the grab driver. At the hotel, the checkin is smooth and staffs are helpful. To my surprise, with this price tag, the room is very clean (very important to me) and spacey, shower water is strong, bathroom is clean, wi-fi is fast and easy to connect. "Location was nice with lots of options for local street food in the area. Circle K is located nearby. Service by the front desk staff was friendly and nice. Facilities in the room was sufficient however was a little aged. Suite was facing the main road and a wee bit noisy at night. Curtains could not be fully shut, as such no way to sleep in if you wanted. Walls are a little thin. As such noise from the neighboring bedroom could be heard at times. "I was quite pleased with the hotel. I couldn't have asked for friendlier, more helpful staff. The hotel and room were very clean, breakfast buffet was great. Some of the towels in my room were torn, but they were clean. The only real issue I had was that there was no bolt on the inside of the room door. I don't think that would keep me from going there again, but I would prefer to have that extra safety measure."
