"The hotels location is superb and rooms are clean. There are 6 floors with 2 lifts and one of them was broken from the day we arrived till end of our stay which made going to the lobby or the restaurant annoying as the working lift was always full and we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get in every time"

"The staff were great, very help full and polite. The room was okay , bed good, shower good apart from a bit of mould on grout. The location was fantastic, just minuets walk for the train station or 5 minuets from the tramway. We stayed on 5th floor and it was still quite noisy but hay this is Istanbul !! It's Mad , it's loud it's crazy, it's intense, and I love it!! "

"I was happy to use this hotel. It is close to Taksim square and has good transport links. The rooms were spacious and clean. They also have a kitchen, so it would be easy to spend a long stay in the area. (There is a supermarket a 30 second walk from the hotel.) There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to make sure your stay is safe. They were very friendly and helped me a lot during my stay. If I had the opportunity, I would use this hotel again. Thanks!"
