"Reception was closed when we arrived but there was a self check in at the front door. It gave us the wrong key to start with but this was very quickly sorted after a quick phone call. Our room was bright and comfortable although the bed was slightly hard but that’s just my opinion. The only negative I can think of is that the hairdryer overheated and cut out easily.The breakfast was lovely, both continental and eggs bacon and sausages. Service was excellent. "Ein kleines gemütliches Hotel mit familärem Charme! Im Innenhof gab es eine Terrasse, die von den Zimmern aus betreten werden konnte und die sehr liebevoll dekoriert war. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hell. Das Frühstück war ok; ebenso die Möglichkeit, in der hoteleigenen Garage parken zu können."

"Bei der Ankunft war vom Hotel aus nicht mal klar ob ich bezahlt habe oder nicht, ich hatte aber im Voraus bezahlt. Dann war nur der Zimmerschlüssel vorhanden kein Hausschlüssel, Hausschlüssel war noch auf dem Zimmer. Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft (obwohl relativ spät) noch nicht gemacht. Wurde dann so huschhusch gemacht. Bett war durchgelegen. Frühstück gab es auch nicht. Wenigstens ist Celle eine schöne Stadt und in der nähe gab es wirklich Top-Restaurants (Apache Steakhaus)"
