"Check-in was pre-arrival online. Simple to do. Recieved codes for checking in. Quite simple and the lock on the actual room door was automatic and seemed very secure. The receptionist was a nice chap. Friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a blown lamp in the room which he sorted immediately. he TV wasnt so easy to use as there didnt seem to be a signal.
