We complained straight away and they moved us to building No1 Lovely room, Nice compy bed, great view We would stay here again.. The staff also booked our bus tickets to vung Tau. Thank you. "

"I usually don’t do reviews but I have to give feedback for others if they plan to stay at Alezboo hotel. The customer service is ok but checking was not a good experience. I booked a room for family of 3 which is with an infant under 1 year old. I asked for a crib, they said they don’t have and it’s broken. But they gave us 2 twin beds when iBook a room for king bed. Anyhow, after a few phone calls they gave us a king size bed. Them night, they have some sort of rented out karaoke party and they...

"The sculpture property had 30 people working on it every day. It was like a postcard.Everyone was helpful, especially Tam at front desk. They brought fruit to your room. The breakfast buffet was spectacular and changed every day."
