"Good location"

"Park Lane is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. It is decorated nicely and is in the perfect location. I find the staff helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and the view of Central Park is picture perfect."

"Staff was outstanding and very kind however the main entrance was cordoned off and everyone coming in and out had to use one set of doors off to the side. Also we picked YOTEL because there was a dedicated elevator from the adjacent parking garage to the property but it was out of order and as a result my disabled wife had to walk a lot further than anticipated."

"This hotel was so convenient. We pulled in the back they took the car and parked it and off we went. You walk out the front door right in Times Square. It was a very quiet, clean and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore New York. "

"The hotel is in a fabulous location for the experience of Times Square. The facilities were clean, well presented and staff were friendly. The room lacked easily accessible information for room service if you needed something before your day starts or late night once back. Overall a great property and location."
