"Great Stay"

"Great location! We arrived early and paid for the early check-in upgrade and it was so worth as we overlooked Times Square on the 31st floor! Our 1st time in NYC to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Hotel is in the middle of everything and walkable. Subway access next to the entrance. The staff was nice and friendly. They even recommended rooftop spots with great views of the city. The bar/lounge/restaurant in the hotel even has live music on the weekends. I recommend this hotel if you want to be...

"Upon checkin our room had not be throughly cleaned there was trash I.e medical needles etc in the drawers"

"The staff at the Hyatt Cenric was freindly and professional. The hotel is right by Time Square so it's very conveniently located by the Theatre District. Lots of places to eat and drink close by and a great rooftop right in the hotel. The rooms are spacious, by New York standards. The only downside was the fact that it was incredibly crowded all around the hotel, If you are using a car or car service, getting in and out of the area will be very difficult. "
