"Based on the photos from the lobby, reception etc. I was expecting a very fancy place. But once I entered in the room, it wasn't really that way. My friend had another room for the same price and there was a heated floor in the bathroom, in mine there was no heating at all. In my shower there was a mold, but not in any extreme level, so it was acceptable. There was a hair drier, but no place to plug it in (in the bathroom), so I dried my hair in the bedroom. "A wonderful hotel with lovely helpful staff. Lots of advice on what to see, do and eat. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choice for a small hotel. Close to the old town and all the sights. Lots of boutiques in the area too. Room was a generous size and the bed was so comfortable. Would recommend as a mid budget hotel with great service. "

"The Mosaic Hotel is conveniently located close to main attractions. The price is very good for this location. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very clean. There is no airconditioning in the hotel, but you can open the window and you will be alright. Please, check the pictures and reviews of other costumers before booking. There is a short walk throug the courtyard to get to the hotel, which some people might not like. It was perfectly safe. "
