"i cannot check in because the hotel was closed due to the maintenance. so i have to find another hotel to stay, and need to spend additional money, time, and labor. next day morning, i visited the hotel again, but there was still under construction. very disappointed at the hotels.com reservation. "Hotel located at walkable distance to all kinds of dining areas. Very clean, and safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but comfortable. Staff was polite and very professional. We enjoyed our stay at this property but didn’t like breakfast because of very poor selection. "

Located in the very chic and safe Chapalita area with plenty of dining options, and an easy 15 minute walk to Expo Guadalajara. Will definitely be back. Thanks for your hispitality James!"

"This is a very basic motel. It's the type of place you stop at when you've been driving somewhere and just need a safe place to sleep. The bed sheets were thin but clean. The air conditioner was broken. The bathroom mirror wasn't cleaned since the last guest, but everything else was clean. The sink was small but worked fine. Very appreciative of having a free water dispenser right next to the food vending machines."
