"The TV in our room never worked properly. I told the front desk the first day and asked again. No one ever came to check the TV. It was out of focus. Also, the site advertised free breakfast and a pool; there was no breakfast at all… not even coffee in lobby and the pool was drained. The staff did not offer alternatives to breakfast even though there was a place attached to one part of the hotel. I thought it was closed. My room was clean but the stairs and outside was not swept and sloppy....

"It was a pleasant stay. Close to downtown. Was safe . Wish these hotels would get rid of the yucky carpets it’s outdated and gross. It also holds a smell"

"The Dewberry checks all the boxes for us. It’s clean and quiet, with friendly and accommodating staff. Location is a plus for shopping and near wonderful restaurants. Out trip was only overnight and we wished it was longer. Oh well another trip in the making."

"Nice and quiet. Little goodie bags hung on your door every morning. Personal service, but not overly, so you can come and go at your leisure. Perfect spot to walk to everything: Restaurants, Markets. Tours, etc. Highly recommended!"
