Great and friendly service! The property was undergoing some work to the surrounding yard/front so it didn’t look like much when we arrived. As soon as we opened the front door though it was beautiful and clean. The room was very comfortable and cute. No coffee maker in the room but you could walk downstairs and grab some hot water or coffee from the dining room. Good selection for breakfast.

This is a nicely cared for property with a classic decor and modern amenities. The young lady caring for the property did a very nice job of taking care of us. The breakfast provided a variety options and was very good.

We were not aware that the property was under renovations. If you can get passed the rundown facade, the interior is as advertised. The cons: uncomfortable bed and pillows, bedsheets were not soft, breakfast from 8am-9am. Pros: The hostess, Cindy, was helpful and sweet, Walking distance to waterfront and restaurants, free parking

Through no fault of the property management the guests in the room above us were very loud and “stomping” around their room late into the night. Loud laughter and tv prohibited restful nights for us. Perhaps the hosts of this lovely heritage inn could post a “Quiet Hours” reminder to deter such thoughtless behaviour.

This property was an excellent choice! Location is great...breakfast was awesome and staff(Cindy) were incredibly kind. Check-in was quick. Beds are excellent. Outside of building is NO reflection of what awaits you inside and it looks like they are doing some updating. Lots of free parking too. Only negative might be that if you can't do stairs there is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor but was not an issue for us. We would highly recommend this B&B

We were on the 3rd floor in the Louis room. The stairs would be an issue for someone with mobility issues. There is a dormer in the room, which has to be avoided to enter the main part of the room. We were welcomed and provided and all the information we required about the facilities. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a hot option, fruit, cereal, etc. Everyone eats family style at a single table, which was very nice meeting the other guests. Many restaurants within easy walking distance (10 minutes) and the water front. Enjoyed our stay.
