"Having read some scary reviews, we were a little worried - but it was not at all Fawlty Towers. The building itself is magnificent - it's definitely the tallest room I've ever slept in. "Loved it here! We want to come back! We stayed in a tree house and it was the perfect size for our family of 5 and our cats. We loved the pool, activities, and playground. We want to come back during the summer to do the zip lining and other activities in the warmer weather. I wish there was more food options. It was also nice to have the wifi in the lounge area by the pool. We loved walking around and seeing the different accommodations."

"Hôtel bien situé et agréable .. chambre spacieuse avec le lit très grand et confortable j ai dormi comme un bébé ! Salle d eau de bonne dimension avec une douche a mi chemin entre la baignoire et la douche idéale si vous avez des enfants en bas âge a doucher et sans mettre de l eau partout a la sortie de douche ! Je re prendrai une chambre sans hésiter "

Only a one night stay

"We booked the hotel to attend a music concert at the Futurascope Arena. The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The bar has tables with games on them which was a unique touch. Check-in was easy, staff where very friendly and efficient. Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that their were no drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom and toilet area were tired. We would use the hotel again. "

"This was a one night stop over and so we didn’t expect much. Room was OK, breakfast also OK. Lack of how water in the room was a definite issue, we didn’t find out about this until our morning showers by which time it was too late to do anything. "

"We have stayed at this hotel several times on pur way back to our home in Spain. The room is spacious and clean, the staff welcoming. A little more expensive than we generally pay, but the quality is worth ot."

Ideal for an overnight stay

"The chalet accommodation is ideal for us and our two small dogs as we do not disturb the hotel guests if the dogs want an early morning toilet. The food in the restaurant was very nice but an “over the top” bar tender added farce to a lovely evening. We have stayed in the chalets for the last two years but no maintenance work has been done on faulty door handles and toilet flushes."

"This is a budget hotel so don't expect fancy thrills. We were pleasently surprised. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was perfect. There many restaurants close by to choose from, within walking or driving distance. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again if we were in the area."

Great hotel - happy to return

"Nice hotel in good condition. Well set up and welcoming. Room was just as we hoped and beds were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved the pool. Gym is very basic. Parking limited. Overall really good value and perfect for a family. "
