We had the most amazing time at The Dial House. The hotel was amazing, beautifully decorated, clean, very friendly & welcoming staff where nothing was a problem. In the evening it was cosy & welcoming with a roaring open fire. The tipi tent was beautiful & such a great idea. We will definitely be visiting again. This is a true gem of a hotel! Its location in Bourton on the Water is right in the heart of town and what a beautiful town! We loved our room and the food was excellent. The staff were so friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Lovely old building, tastefully updated to serve as a good hotel. Excellent kitchen; both dinner and breakfast were tasty, imaginative and well served. Parking was tight but manageable. Despite numerous posted warnings in the bathroom about "VERY hot water" and "Towel rail will be HOT", the towel rail stayed cold throughout our stay and the basin water ran no more than warm. The shower was good, though, with plenty of hot water and pressure although it was very cramped for space. We still enjoyed our stay very much; this is a lovely property, very central, within easy walking distance of everything yet far enough from the main road for traffic noise not to register.
