"Isabella, the owner is an absolute star and stayed late to welcome us when we were running nearly 4 hours behind schedule. The hotel is a little tricky to find at first but we soon realised it was behind a set of gargantuan wooden doors leading into a shared courtyard which, quite frankly, comes as a relief in Naples! "Great accommodation and location. People extremely helpful and kind. If you have difficulties how to move in Naples, just ask to the owner and he will organize for you any kind of transportation!!! Logistic expressly recommended if you have to go to the US Consulate. My feedback is more than excellent!"

"The room is pretty small and the staff are not really helpful. We needed an adapter and She didn't show interest in helping. At 7 am she reminded us about the check out time. Not really friendly people. They don't give even a bottle of water. Too expensive for What I got."
