"Very friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were all clean and comfortable. The area is quiet although behind the suites there is a gym that plays music non-stop all day but the nights are quiet. "

"This is a nice, clean, no frills hotel, the staff are very nice and courteous, the rooms are decent sized and the bed is comfy and clean. The only complaint is our room’s window (connected to lobby/hallway) would not lock, this was only a minor inconvenience as the staff was trustworthy and the hotel doors were closed-up at night."

"Very nice lady who runs the place. We had coffee available to us in the morning and she would make breakfast when we wanted it. Breakfast was simple eggs and frijoles and tortillas , filling and good. I bought some chili sauce to step up the eggs and I enjoyed the breakfast. It is a good walk like 20 minutes from centro or you can take the collectivo bus for 10 pesos and catch 1 1/2 block from the hotel. I would recommend this place and we had good WiFi and hot showers so can’t complain , "

"This place was off the historic center, I enjoy the stay in the 2 bed apartment. To get to, it requires a narrow side walk walk. They offer a few parking spots but can be challenging to access if traffic is heavy. After 10pm, they lock the property and you have to hit a buzzer to get in. I was not informed about this so I thought I was locked out for the night until I saw a buzzer above head level. I had a good stay. "

"Property located in an excellent location. Parking next to the property. No restaurant. Reception staff not helpful. Staff not helpful or interested in helping to solve room problems, in may case the heater was not working properly and was unable to solve this. Other small issues that can be overlooked but accumulate at the end of the stay."

"The building amplifies noise. It is easily gets loud. I can hear every word of my neighbor's TV as I write this. My room is tiny. Good luck getting hot water."
