There are plenty of shops around and restaurants to eat and shop at however it’s Chicago and it’s winter the rooms need to be a little warmer for folks like me who our middle age with arthritis otherwise it was great thank you my day was pleasant Ant . "Hip hotel in a fantastic location just around the corner from Millennium Park, Art Institute and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. We stayed on the 12th floor and we could hear the El running through the night. It wasn't horrendously loud and didn't keep us up, but it might bother some (the hotel provides guests with earplugs)."

"This was not just a stay, this was a memory. Incredible customer service in every aspect of our time spent there while celebrating our six-year old’s birthday in Chicago. "My only complaint would be the housekeeping lady kept knocking on my door every hour, starting at 7:57 am, 8:40-ish, and 10am. It made me think I stayed way past my checkout, so I woke up, packed, rushed to the front desk only to find out checkout was at noon. Frustrating because she kept disturbing my sleep and made me rush out of there. "
