"I just love the view from my room, a real city view! The bed is super firm and comforterable. The bed sheet is clean without dust. The pillow can be more firm, they are too soft for me. The bathroom is big, clean, and nice. It is a luxury hotel, so the dining service is expensive but good quality. If you want a more affordable breakfast, I strongly suggest the italian/columbian breakfast down the street, their illy espresso is just classic."

"The hotel staff are friendly, easy going, and helpful. Upon check-in, they informed us of everything within the hotel as well as giving us our waters. Simple, but appreciated. At check out they called ahead for taxi service for us who promptly arrived one minute later. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable! This is a huge component for me. I love traveling and appreciate when I know rooms are clean! The hotel is only one block from the Riverwalk and we were able to walk all the way out...
