"This was a wonderful, family friendly hotel that my daughter and I truly enjoyed. There is no AC, but a fan is provided. Staff was excellent and very helpful, food was wonderful and the staff at Kids House were so wonderful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!"

"This place was so beautiful with a great view of the lake. Lots of steps but it gets your cardio in haha. The food was so delicious, especially the breakfast. The staff are all so kind and helpful. You are close enough to panajachel and can take a tuktuk, but it’s far enough where you feel the peacefulness of the lake. We didn’t have warm water for the shower in our room but it helps cool you off when the day is hot, small inconvenience compared to how nice everything else was. Would stay here again!"

Conveniently located just steps from the market and a block from the main church. Beautifully maintained including old world charm like wood stacked in a hearth box next to your fireplace, fresh water in a carafe and goblets on a tray, and beautiful courtyards. Authenticity throughout added to the richness of the experience. We felt like royalty!"
