"The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. It's a great place to base yourself out of if you want to see the surrounding attractions. The surrounding area, though, isn't very nice and you have very aggressive street vendors who will follow and harass you until you buy something. There was a planned strike the day I was leaving and the hotel was kind enough to provide transport to the airport. We did have to leave very early (before the strike) because it wouldn't be safe to go when the strike was set to begin. "

"I had a beautiful room overlooking the city. It had a huge bath that you could order candlelight, flowers and aromatherapy. They also have a hyperbaric chamber!"

"The hotel is located just a short walk from Plaza De Armas. It’s very convenient for that. Pickups for tours are not that convenient as the road is rough but it can be done nearby. Hotel is nice, customer service is good. I had a good, comfortable stay"
