"I was in town to visit my mom at the hospital. It was a great location, both close to the hospital and with lots of amenities nearby. The property itself was spotlessly clean and also very quiet, which I appreciated. The kitchen had all of the equipment that I needed. The mattress was a little hard but comfortable enough. "Friendly staff, check in process was quick and easy. The room was not smelly like some rooms at pet-friendly hotels. The white bed linens and towels passed my ultraviolet light test. There were no stains and in good condition. The furniture surfaces and appliances also passed the ultraviolet test. The toilet in the bathroom, however did show signs that it WAS cleaned with a detergent, but not completely wiped away. I did not find this a big deal since the floor, sink and tub were spotless. "The front desk staff at check in and check out was very personable and efficient. Room was very clean and up dated. Bedding was comfortable with lots of pillow options (firm, soft, etc). Bathrooms were very clean but some fixtures were a little worn. This hotel is close to shopping and many restaurants. I would stay here again if visiting the Christianburg / Blacksburg area. "
