"Ours was a late booking for 4 days during a 13-day trip to visit family in Osaka. "Super convenient as hotel is close to dotonbori. Loved all the amenities, especially the Dyson hair dryer. Highly appreciated the Dyson after other hotels only offering the average Panasonic hair dryers that take 10x the amount of time to dry hair. Staff was really helpful and the drink bar is amazing. The one downside is the area outside the hotel. Not sure if this is common but there were a lot of love hotels and “erotic baths”. Hence at night it didn’t feel quite as safe walking around. "

"Cross X Hotel was an incredible experience for my husband and I. All the staff there were incredibly welcoming and made our Osaka experience so positive. The rooms were sized generously, the bed was comfortable and the room was super clean. The location is fantastic and 2 minutes walk from the Dontonburi attractions. I’d definitely be booking this hotel again the next time we visit Japan and I’d be recommending this hotel to all our friends. "
