A luxurious way to stay

"It was fabulous all around. It felt like a nice clean and luxurious home away from home. I think we have the most basic room and yet we had more than everything we needed. A lovely living room area, plenty of delicious coffee, tea, water, even complimentary biscuits and snacks. There was a fridge and nice robes and slippers. The only thing that was less than ideal was the shower because my husband is taller than most Italian showers but didn’t take away from an amazing stay and feeling while we were there. "

Remote hotel

"I arrived at about 3 pm. The hotel was with closed and locked gates. I was sure that it was closed as I didn’t see anyone inside. About 45 minutes later the reception person arrived from home. Apparently, his shift starts at 4 pm. I asked to be upgraded from a very old building to a new one. I had to pay extra for the upgrade. I got a room in the new building which was great. Location however is in a village about 30 km from Parma. I went to dinner in the village at a traditional restaurant which was excellent. I was the only tourist there. If you can deal with a very remote location, a closed reception until 4 pm, and if you get a room in the new building, then this is actually a 5 star experience."

Dust city. Not for asthmatcs

"Really disturbed night of sleep, constantly bitten by mosquitoes and the rooms was so dusty, no window to get fresh air in. Im asthmatic so this played havoc wuth my breathing a total lack of sleep. They need to air these rooms out! Also no iron at hotel? Really"

"Solo Traveler going to Europe to watch my daughter play in the music festival in cremona. The hotel was within 15 to 17 minute walk within the Old Town area felt very safe. The reception staff is very kind and helpful and will call you a taxi if needed. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious."

Ho recentemente soggiornato in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro e, nonostante la struttura sia un po' datata, l'esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. La colazione è stata eccellente, con un buffet ricco e variegato, offrendo opzioni fresche e deliziose per tutti i gusti. Le stanze erano confortevoli, pulite e silenziose con letti comodi che assicuravano un buon riposo. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad assistere con professionalità e cordialità.
