The beach is1 mile away from hotel , when you get to the beach you have to find the spot for the chairs and umbrella . We were 3 people and they only gave us 2 chairs !!! I had to grab a chair myself because they refused to provide 3 . We decided to go back to the hotel to enjoy the pool since the beach was not that great . "Il Relais é situato in una posizione splendida con vista mare totale, tra secolari alberi di carrube e una meravigliosa piscina nella tranquillità più assoluta. Il Sig Rosario del ricevimento é stato molto disponibile, così come le ragazze della prima colazione al mattino. Non esitavano a darci consigli sui vari paesini vicino a Camerota da visitare. "The outdoor terrace area and pool area was lovely. The pool was clean and a good size with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The only criticism was the size of the apartment. It wasn't quite big enough for 4 people and had a small kitchen. The bathroom was just sufficient. Overall a nice residence in a nice area though restaurants are very Italian but that is typica of the area and not a problem for us."

"Stayed at several B&Bs during our trip. This one we would not return to. AC wouldn't go below 28c/82f. The beds were really hard, so between the heat and bed it was very hard to sleep. Be prepared to carry your bags up spiral staircase 3 floors without help. Bring a towel for pool, they do not provide. Not thrilled to see house cat walking on kitchen countertops and workspaces in the evening. Although they do not serve dinner, you can not bring a pizza there to eat at dinner time. 'The other...

"Elegant hotel but busy with weddings and parties. Pool was closed for a couple of hours in the afternoon, during the hottest time of the day. Not really convenient for the beach, even with a shuttle. The archeological site of Paestum is wonderful, not to be missed, and great for an evening view and stroll with the lights on. About 1.5 miles from the hotel."
