"We were really excited about stay in the shelbourne for NYE. We felt like 2nd Class citizens for most of our stay to be honest. From the welcome at reception to the service in the resistance bar. We booked a junior suite for a family of 4 and were very disappointed with the size of the standard double beds ( we were expecting king or queen at best). The suite itself was beautiful ly decorated with a Christmas tree and somw lovely treats for the kids on turn down."

"Spacious room, very comfortable bed & bedding, everything you need for a quick stay in Dublin. Right behind Aircoach bus stop from the airport (main reason why I chose this hotel). Somewhat close to main attractions. Several bar & food options, close to some asian food options. The only drawback, my room is facing the car parking garage. All night long there was noise of car alarm and I can hear it from inside the room. It’s quiet annoying - sound proofing could be better. "
