"The Moorings was in a central position to shops. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our evening meal was very nice as was breakfast. Our room, although not big was nicely furnished and clean. The bathroom was a tad small but had a shower head with great pressure. Bed was firm and comfortable."

"Considering this was a few mins from Glasgow town centre this was really good value! The food was great and, again, not silly prices. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I also had a couple of cheeky Tunnocks Camarel wafers waiting for me when I attuned. What’s not to like!"

"The hotel was lovely, the food so good and the service was excellent but there was one thing missing that could have potentially spoilt the long weekend away......other than the mirror in the bathroom there was no other mirror in the room. This was not a problem for me but it was a different story for my wife who could not use her hairdryer or put her makeup on.....the light in the bathrrom was not good enough and there was no power socket in the bathroom. As we had unpackaged and did not want...
