The host staff, Cecilia, Irene and Roberto went above and beyond their functions and catered to our needs and wants which aren’t many because they were already anticipated. "Excellent reception staff here. Very friendly and accommodating…I asked for a quiet room and they took care of me. Beds are ultra comfortable , especially after a week of hardcore adventure travel. "The beds were very comfortable! Rare in Costa Rica! Pool area was beautiful. Staff were nice. Shower was great. Nice patio with a view of the pool. The hotel took forever to get to in the insane congested rush hour traffic! Try to come mid day! Had a few ants in the bed. And the floor was quite dirty. 1 minute in white socks and they were filthy. Could hear the traffic as we were on the road side of the hotel, I’d ask for an inner room for sure. Overall I’d come again, but in a different room. "
