"Smaller hotel, wrong name on the building. Seems theres a buy out going on. Staff gets 6 stars. Very friendly, even when checking in after midnight. Why is there so much bleach on the towels and bedsheets? I get that everyone increased during covid, but can we do another rinse cycle to get some of that out. I got a good headsche snelling that in all night. The pillows are to soft. Could not sleep well. Also.. they havent cleaned the toilets in while. Look at this pictures (room 214)....

"Front desk employee was unfortunately a disappointment - when asked about recommended locales in the area, she was incredibly dismissive, which was a real turn off. In addition, they were unable to provide linens for the in room sofa bed. Aside from that, facility was clean and enjoyable."

"Everything was great except the bed. It was awful. We drove in to see family and were already tired and didn’t inform the front desk. My wife slept on the sofa. The manager said she could not do anything to help, when we checked out due to it being Expedia paying them. Otherwise she would have comped the room for the issue."

I could do the online reguster but that is so cold and uninviting. Nothing can replace the warmth of a friendly smile and repore from tge front desk staff. They were able to suggest restaurants they had actually ate at and tge taste of the foods outsude of reviews that are most likely from elderly or dissatisfied customers "

"No soap! No Kleenex! No shampoo! No cups! No hangers for our coats! No hand towels! No bath mats! There was a table top ironing board but no iron! The hotel is non-smoking and we were also told that at check in. Our floor was FULL of cigarette smoke. You could smell it in our room. We wouldn’t have used the kitchen area but there was NOTHING other than a garbage can. "
