For the price I just expected more. I stayed for the night of Diana Ross concert. My room heat wasn’t working. Hotel send maintenance guy who is trained to say things that doesn't make since to explain the mishap. Finally after 3.5 hrs of freezing they relocates me, room service menu is not updated. The menu have food that’s not available and the food that was available was prepackaged and cold BUT!! the show was amazing !!! But I will never stay at MGM again. I stayed at MGM grand in Vegas and it was nothing like this.

Great property, staff friendly and helpful. The pillows on the bed are too dense, too big for a petite person. They should have various types of pillows to accommodate all shapes and types of guests. There was no telephone in the room so I could not call front desk or housekeeping. Front desk did not ask how my stay was when I was checking out.

I liked the convenience of being able to stay right there to see the show at the theater. I didn’t like that none of the restaurants opened until 5:00pm. We arrived at 3:00 to check in and were hungry but had no restaurant's to sit and dine and drink. For almost $700 per night I feel that a drink or so could’ve been comped. Instead we were charged over $20 for a beer out of the fully stocked refrigerator in our room

We were issued a room and when we entered, there was already someone in the room in the shower. Unsafe! Also, we submitted an order for oatmeal and toast at 10:00 and still did not receive the order at checkout time of 11am. When asked for a refund, they had to call in a manager and we had to wait longer. Bad service!

Staying at the MGM is definitely worth it! This hotel is very well taken care of. The facility all around is clean. The room was clean and there is so much to do.

The property overall is nice and had great options for dining and entertainment. This property charges resort fees but i truly wish that the pool area was a reflection of the "resort" indicator. Do not expect a resort type pool at this property. The rooms are nice and comfy and the hotel is conveniently located within the city but I expected just a little more from an MGM property. The staff was great and everyone was friendly and helpful! I would definitely book another stay at the property, I just now have a better guage of expectations vs reality for this MGM location.
