This is a hard review to give. The hotel was very clean and close to the train station. That was good. However, check in was not great. We had yo wait while the attendant had to walk the customers in front of us to their room. He returned to check us in. He was pleasant enough so I have no complaints against him. He told us that they were out of room keys so he would have to take us to our room. No key, not a good plan. A key card was needed to keep the lights on. He tried to substitute something else. It lasted about two minutes. We were left in a dark room. My husband tried several credit card type things to no avail. He had to have the attendant come back twice and needed to use a cellphone flashlight to see what he was doing.It was late at night and we were tired. Finally the young man called his supervisor to get permission to use a key card. This whole process took over 45 minutes to have lights that worked. The room was smaller than what I expected or thought I had purchased. We were quite annoyed that a highly rated hotel would have this kind of problem. Thankfully,
The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.
