Everything provided is just enough, the bedrooms have very limited storage which was fine for us but if you travel with a more extensive wardrobe you might find insufficient. Needs a bit of an update (curtains, bedding…) and perhaps ensuring all the apartments have everything needed for cooking (utensils).
