"Lovely big unit in good location"

"Position was everything! Across the road from the beach, watching the waves roll in from my bedroom & lounge room view, was fabulous. On the few cold, windy, rainy days, it made for a beautiful, peaceful retreat with that view. Reception Staff were professional & polite. Improvements - tiny ants in the kitchen (reported on departure), safety floor bolt missing from sliding outside door, bathroom window catches seemed loose/hard to close, (felt a little unsafe), previous guest salad dressing...

"The unit we had was realy lovely the veiws were great as we had ocean veiws from the balcony and all the windows,shoping was easy all on the ground floor,walking distance to all the food areas and clubs plus transport plenty of buses.An all round great place to stay."

"The Office was only open from 8.30 am till 10.30 am,No contact number avaible for help,No WiFi,No food service ,No Remote control for Air Con ,No Shampoo or conditioner ,no microwave, For $220 a night ,I expected all the normal faciliities .Do not stay in this place ,you will be hugely disappointed "
