"Large, impersonal, gaudy hotel. Room was perfectly fine if a bit oddly furnished. Very non-Scandinavian feel, more like a little bit of Las Vegas in Copenhagen. Friendly staff."

"We took a family room as we had a toddler and it was very handy to have interconnecting living and sleeping spaces. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good quality. The location means you can access the city centre easily via bus or metro. The (minor) issues that we felt were worth highlighting were the lack of room service menus, lack of fridge to store water/free bottles of water (albeit there is a paid for minibar) and also some slow service we had in the main bar in the lobby. "The property was located in an area we really liked with lots of places to go to including bars restaurants etc. However what we weren't aware of was the building was being refurbished and after the first night we had to move to the sister hotel in a completely different area. The transfer was handled very professionally however we were not as impressed with other hotel location."
