Expedia show this as a five-star property even though the hotel confirmed on check-in that it has withdrawn from the star system because of refurbishment taking place in 2024. Expedia’s star rating is a blatant failure to deliver its published policy on European star ratings. A number of five-star services are not available, including room service. A good breakfast is available, however the hotel only offers a couple of small, cold bar snacks for the rest of the day. The room was tired and in need of renovation. The hotel did the right thing and reduced the cost of the stay to compensate me for the lack of five-star facilities. Expedia has failed to correct or caveat the star rating on its platform, despite being aware that it misrepresents the hotel’s facilities. Massive breach of trust by Expedia.

Beautiful property in an extremely central location. Friendly, helpful staff and wonderful amenities. I highly recommend purchasing the breakfast buffet,.which had delicious and diverse options. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is bigger and less cozy than pictured. The room we stayed in had a half shower that leaked water, an inconsistent air conditioning, and loud construction noise starting at 830 AM. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I appreciate their attempts at sustainability.

Staff and service were absolutely amazing. The room unfortunately was very dusty everywhere as if it was sitting empty for a long time. The walls, furniture and decor were so dusty that if you brushed up against it your clothes got dirty. Didn’t want to use the closet or hangers because it was so dusty. Also questionable other dirty marks and drips down the walls.

Beautiful modern hotel woth fab lobby bar. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Lovely breakfast offering! Very conveniently located in Copenhagen and even offer bike hike. Only downside was that there are renovation works going on and our room felt right next to it. We didn't have any warning of this before check in but it was fine in the end

Has a great location, walkable distance to main shopping street and attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Round Tower, Rosenborg Castle, Nyhavn and others. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is extra but the food is delicious, fresh and much to choose from. My only complaint is their pillows, they are very thin and floppy. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
