"Everything from room confort, view, services are great. The hotel is connected with Union Tower on top of which is a revolving bar and restaurant where we can have a great view of the city. Food and drinks are awesome. The only inconvenience is that all tourist attractions and restaurants are not in walking distance. All seem to be near the hotel but because it's typical of Dallas downtown that there is no space for walking, we had to take Lyft to most attractions from $5 - $12. It's not too...

"This hotel was exactly what we needed. With a separate bedroom there was space for one of us to sleep and not be disturbed. The breakfast was substantial. Bed was comfortable. There is a problem with homelessness in that area, but we felt safe. "

"The room was clean, but overall hotel was outdated and felt old. They are renovating and parking lot was full of dumpsters and random debris."

"The rooms have obviously been updated. They are great. Really enjoyed our stay. The gym and pool facilities are first class all around. The only negative is the duck and goose excrement all over the outdoor walking track. I'd suggest they might want to put a low fence around the walking track to keep that from happening. Hard to walk or jog with your head down constantly looking not to soil your sneakers. Other than that, the place is just great. "
