"Both front desk staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was very clean and in good condition. We did notice the gym area had a smell of mold or mildew. Breakfast options were limited. We would have liked more healthy options for yogurt and bread. I am not sure why every individual piece of cutlery was wrapped in plastic. I would recommend this property for anyone coming to Cortez. We used it as a base to tour Mesa Verde. "

"The room was clean and shielded from the road and any other source of noise. The sleep was therefore quiet and pleasant. While the room appears modernized the surrounding property is fairly average. The breakfast could use a few more protein options."
