"We choose this hotel due to its proximity to Girona airport and it was perfect for arriving and departing by plane. The hotel runs a shuttle service to and from the airport which is included in the price. It just made our trip so much more relaxing. The facilities are great. We loved the large courtyard with the pool - perfect for relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s also a regular bus that gets you from the hotel to Girona in 20 minutes. "

"Well, what can I say? We certainly did not expect to arrive at El Ranxo and be SO blown away by the place. Not only in a beautiful location, but the property itself was idyllic! Our room for two adults and three kids absolutely perfect. The dining area and cooking facilities top notch. Breakfast wonderful. Then the swimming pool, tennis court, kids ride on toys. "The apartment exceeded our expectations; we were in the “Blue Room” on the first floor which had a huge balcony stretching round two sides of the building and looking over the pool. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome. The private car park was a bonus. A very good base from which to explore Girona, about half an hour’s drive away through very attractive countryside."
