Exchanged keys twice and still some didn’t work. Left me with one towel the next day. The light on the 2nd floor stairwell was out. Had to ask to unlocked the pool gate both days.

The upper room we were first assigned to was absolutely terrible. Not only did it feel unclean, but the tub was leading, dripping all night. There was noticeable water damage and it smelled musty and was so humid in the room. The leak went through to the room below us, so with our permission they went into our room to investigate. Well, they took the faucet out of the tub and left a disgusting mess. We came home to that with no warning. I wasn’t until we called the front desk that we were offered another room. That room was on the main floor and was in much better conditioned. Looked somewhat newly renovated and more clean. Overall this place is just cheap if that’s what you’re looking for, but it’s not a very nice place. Besides the leak and totally outdated first room, the hottub didn’t work at all. It’s pretty run down and the rooms don’t have any air conditioning either. Don’t recommend if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room.

Every staff member from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance is particularly responsive whenever an issue comes up that needs attention, invariably carrying out their duties cheerfully, with enthusiasm. It makes my stay here so much more enjoyable.

We enjoyed the area it was located in, very accessible with lots of food options nearby. The property is right next to a school and church which made it feel safe. However, the room could have been nicer and cleaner. Housekeeping only came on random days. There was an odd smell in the building. The tv was awful. One morning we woke up early to head to Disney and there was absolutely NO hot water. The entire building was out of hot water and it wasn’t fixed until later that night. Having to take an ice shower at 7am was horrid. The water issue was fixed by the time we got back at the end of the day, but then there’s more. The couple next door to us was having a domestic dispute all night long. We could not sleep without hearing a man and woman screaming in front of our window which eventually resulted in police being outside our doors. Not fun whatsoever. We wanted to love our experience here but sadly that’s just not the case. We will not be returning here.

I picked this place due to reviews scoring a 7 on average with all combined. (I wish I knew which room the good reviews were about) I’ve stayed at 5 star rating according to reviews that were better than this one. Yes, it’s a very old property it seems, however old can still be good IF kept up properly. The beds were TERRIBLE! They were lumpy & as you sat or laid, it felt kind of like a water bed. I have many spinal conditions, I got no sleep on this terrible old mattress. The boiler broke & there was NO HOT water, yet was given no discount, as I’d presume that’s considerate & appropriate for such an inconvenience. Plus there was roaches. So if you have any food they will come out at night to eat it then hitch a ride in your suitcase, then you have a very quick infestation problem. The AC kept room sticky, humid. Unfortunately, I now get sick if I am not kept cool, I will throw up & feel like passing out. For $30 more, I couldn’t stayed at Marriott however, the one available was too far from my destination. Customer service is also considering treating your customers in a way that helps your business, not keep them away. We were not taken care of for the price I paid. I didn’t appreciate not being rested for a long day I had ahead of me.

This room checked off nearly all the boxes of what I look for in motel accommodations, with the only exception being that the plug in the tub does not seal so it's shower only, no soaking as I like to do. Also, no grab bars in the shower poses a risk for us older folks. Everything else is quite perfect for my needs.

the room was a little sketchy. the lock was ripped off the door and the faucet in the shower wouldn’t turn off, it had a bit of water running out the entire time we stayed here. it wasn’t super clean but wasn’t dirty, just looks like an old janky motel.

The AC was very cold and it didn’t warm up. The water was cold there wasn’t a lot of hot water. The heater AC unit sucks here some rooms stay freezing cold others warm or hot. They need to improve the AC units. Other then that this place is great!
