The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. The bed was comfy though. "

I guessing it is because we were one of the furthest rooms from the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and if you are lucky enough to stay there, I recommend the Osteria a Priori for dinner. It is across from the hotel and the food is delicious."

"A beautiful place to stay if you are visiting Assisi. The Tili Organic winery is only a 5 minute drive and that was a hidden gem. You can drive from hotel to parking lot to go see the Basilica. Quiet & beautiful property. "
