When I checked in at the front desk, I was charged again for the room I had booked online & paid for at that time, at that time I was informed that my card would be on file for incidentals, I was not told that they were charging my card $200 for said incidentals at check in I requested a late ✔️ out of noon & was told that was fine & would not be an issue. Once I was in the room I found the TV did not work, & talked to the night clerk & asked to be moved to another room with a working TV. Was then told no, they could not move me, & they were sorry about the TV not working but I was more of less just out of luck. In the morning, I was sleeping and the house keeper let himself into the room, then told me check out was at 11, it was 10:50 at this time. The front desk called the room reminding me that check out is at 11, and I reminded him that I was a late check out for noon. While on the phone with the clerk/owner I addressed the issue of the TV not working and was wanting to be compt for the room and the inconvenience for not having a TV that was in working condition. The owner/ clerk had then Started to argue with me, I hung up the phone. 2 minutes later he was knocking at the door, & when I answered the door, he pushed himself into the room, & continued to want to argue about my request to have my room compt'ed & that if this was an issue I should have said so at ✔️ in. I felt bullied as well as attacked. I left the motel @11:20 am. Very upset, my personal space violated.
