Every one of the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and welcoming. They made my stay very enjoyable in all respects. I would not hesitate to book my next stay in Cranbrook, BC, Canada at the Ramada. Breakfast was very good, too. Winter left a couple rough spots in the pavement at the street leading into the parking lot. That was the only persnickety thing.

Beds are very comfy. Hot Tub needs to be cleaned weekly it’s rather gross looks like a Health Hazard and there’s a beach of dirt and sand at bottom. Plus it’s like Luke warm bath water temp it’s gross fix it make it better.
