"We would have liked to see lifts or easier access to units. Bed was very hard to sleep on. I ended up back pain in am deim bed. The stay was wonderful we were able to met up with family and not have to move from the units."

"Not what I was expecting from Mercure. No view at all. There was what I think were air-con towers outside our room. They gave a constant high-pitched noise with the door closed. No point going onto the balcony. It was just too noisy. And because the door is closed all the time, the room was stuffy. The shower leaked from 3 places so the bathroom floor is wet and rust on the joints. And $10 for parking is rich when they had plenty of parking down there. It's Port Macquarie, not Sydney CBD.
