The staff were friendly and even suggested a restaurant nearby when I asked for a particular food that I wanted to have with a colleague. The immediate neighbourhood is a little seedy, but it wasn't noisy in the room, and if you walked to the left rather than the right outside the front door, it really wasn't an issue.
