"Being the only hotel next to an airport, this business could take advantage of their location and just do the minimum-but they don’t! I stayed here for a week and spent a lot of time watching the staff helping guests. They were outstanding. I saw one of the hosts walk a lost tourist across the street to the airport just to show them how to find their flight the next day-even though they were not a guest at the hotel. Our business had large numbers of employees arriving at different times of day from many countries-they kept the restaurant open and made several accommodations to assist them to feel more comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bremen. "
