"Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. We waited about 15 minutes after it was scheduled to leave and no one ever came. It was at checkout time so the lobby was very busy and we didn’t have time to stand in line to talk to someone at the service desk. We missed the train we originally planned for, took the bus to the station, and it delayed our return trip to Milan. It was a frustrating experience. Overall, the stay was lovely but that was a sour note to end on. "

"Great location for exploring the area and the hotel is lovely, very charming with plenty of parking. We didn't eat at the hotel as we wanted to explore the town and there is lots of places to choose from, all walkable within 5-10 minutes. Lovely hotel but we were just passing through so not enough time to fully appreciate the hotel amenities"

"Nice stay in a very clean room with a comfortable bed on 4th floor with elevator. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. There are two flights of stairs with no elevator from the street to the reception desk. Hotel is clean convenient to train station and restaurants."

"I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Every staff member went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and the hotel was spotless, welcoming and very homely. The food and drink quality at breakfast, room service and when having drinks in the library was exceptional. "Spacious, quiet, modern room with a great view. Comfortable bed, good shower. Easy walk from the train station. No dining option for a Sunday night but we were able to find a restaurant at the adjacent shopping centre. Only negative was the weirdly shaped, flat pillow which I had to fold in half to get some sleep."
